Terms of use
The few rules for applying to the SKSU Tertiary Placement Test (TPT) in this app. By submitting an application you agree to them and to our Privacy notice.
Last updated October 30, 2026 (version 2026-10) · SKSU Tertiary Placement Test
Who can apply
- Senior high school graduates, students who will graduate this school year, and ALS passers, in a freshmen schedule.
- College students who want to move to SKSU, in a transferee schedule.
Your account
- One account per person. Sign in with your own Google account, not a parent’s, friend’s or a computer shop’s.
- Keep your Google account safe, and sign out when you use a shared phone or computer.
- You are responsible for what is done in your account. If you think someone else used it, tell the office right away.
One application per schedule
You can have one application in each test schedule. If you were absent or your application was cancelled, you may apply again in a later schedule while applications are open.
True information
Everything you give, including your photo, must be true, complete and your own. Your details lock once your application is approved; to change them after that, use Request a change on your Account page.
False or borrowed information may lead the office to cancel your application or result, even after the test.
Fee and refunds
- The test fee for the school year is shown on the home page before you apply. Pay only at an SKSU cashier or the payment channels the office lists in the app, and keep your official receipt (OR).
- Your examinee number is given once your payment is recorded.
- If SKSU moves an exam day, your payment stays valid for the new day. You do not pay again.
- The admission office may waive the fee in special cases. Ask through Support in the app.
Refunds
The fee is not refundable once your examinee number is issued, except when SKSU cancels the exam and cannot offer you another day. Refunds follow the University’s accounting rules.
Refunds are handled by the University’s Cashier and Accounting offices, not in this app.
Exam day
- Bring your permit (on your phone or printed), a valid ID and pencils. Arrive by the reporting time on your permit.
- Your permit is yours only. Staff compare your face with the photo on it.
- Follow the proctor’s instructions.
Results
Results are released in the app on the date the office announces. They are for admission and program placement at SKSU and are valid for the school year the test was taken. Only you and authorized SKSU staff can see your scores.
Using the app fairly
Please do not:
- try to see or change anyone else’s application or result;
- use programs or scripts to fill forms, grab exam slots or load pages over and over;
- upload a photo that is not you; or
- send rude, repeated or abusive support messages.
The office may pause your support requests for 7 days, or cancel an application, if these rules are broken.
When the app is not available
We work to keep the app running, but it may pause for maintenance or on very busy days. Important notices are also posted by the Guidance and Testing Center. If a problem stops you near a deadline, contact the office right away.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. If the change matters for your application, the app asks you to agree again. How we use your information is explained in the Privacy notice.
